Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have

Did this neurologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

He is very caring and more than once gave me extra time, help, and compassion while I was in the middle of some very intense migraines. He's a good egg!

The only bad thing about Dr Cook is that there is only one of him to go around. He is like those doctors you usually only see in movies that seem to care about people's feelings and over-all well-being. He gave me so much "life-advice", motivation and moral support, I kind of wished he would adopt me or something... I had to move away from the area, and still went back to him for almost a full year for appts... a 3 hour drive away... I actually got a bit teary after my last visit, like I was leaving family or friends behind!

In this age where most doctors (especially neurologists) can make you feel like just 'another patient', a faceless patron, a number - Dr Cook (and his entire staff) are welcoming, supportive, and make you feel like a member of the family. Dr Cook will often take lots of extra time to explain the condition in detail, explain alternative treatments, and will partipate/poll outside research studies to look for other treatments.
