Worst customer service, very unorganized and the so called manager doesn’t know anything,I called several times when she doesn’t want to help you she put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on you. I even called the owner and left a message but he didn’t return the call. My insurance confirmed with me that my equipment was covered but the lady who called herself manager would tell me I have to pay full price. Very untrustworthy and dishonest business.
Don't use the home health agency if you want someone who will stick with you. They dropped my ex-husband from care because he missed one visit when they initially said if he missed 2, they would drop him from care, that was 5 months ago. Now they are refusing care of my fiancee because he didn't understand all the papers they shoved in his face. They were contracted with his Workers comp agency to handle the care. If you want your loved ones to have the care they deserve, DON'T USE THIS AGENCY.
