Beautiful place to live & really nice and helpful leasing agents Angel & Danelle. They made my move in really smooth and fast.
Had a great experience with the office staff and it's a cool apartment. There's a couple small things about it that could use repair, but they're just older, so it's about what you'd expect. I would actually recommend one of these places to my friend. Reasonably priced comparable to Downtown Raleigh.
Just moved into Capital Flats Apartment complex and it went incredibly smooth. No problems getting in and out the building and the surrounding area. Jason was a great help in getting everything prepared and answering any question I had for my move in and I am sure he will continue to act in this helpful manner. Update: Moved out after my first year as I didn't feel safe in the area, nor had any sort of service from the staff once Jason left.
