RecommendedJeremiah Franklin knows every MB vehicles on the market, like his back hand. He went out of his way to get what we were looking for in a vehicle. I had some of the worst experiences with the service department at this dealership!! So horrible that recently I traded my 2016 Mercedes Benz because I Absolutely hated taking it to this dealership. One incident I made a reservation for a service appointment requesting a loaner car because I m in the medical field a had to be at work for a procedure with my cardiologist. Jessica Wade has been the absolute best salesperson that someone could ask for. She was a top notch salesperson and truly knows everything that there is to know about Mercedes vehicles. She made the car-buying process absolutely spectacular! Would definitely work with her again.
Their service dept people are either incompetent, scammers or both! Stay away! They tried scamming me twice and every BS excuse they gave me for the high quote was blown out the water by common sense.
If you want customer service do NOT go to Capital Eurocars Mercedes-Benz. Six (6) times I tried to get information from them and only 1 time did someone call me back and then lied that they would call me back with the information I was requesting. I tried, Email, Chat, Phone, text, their online form, plus tired to contact their GM Mr. Crawford Atkins with ZERO luck. Very appalling that a Mercedes-Benz USA would allow one of their dealerships have this poor of customer service.
