I just had a teeth cleaning and the staff was friendly and the experience was pleasant as always.
I am biased as your office is the most friendly and professional I've ever seen in over 50 years. A friendly atmosphere must be set from the top.
I suppose everyone can improve service but I can't imagine how. If you have a dental problem this is the place to go. If your teeth are in great shape these people will keep them that way.
