I have one simple thing to say about my experience with Capital Dental. I started going there 10+/- years ago when I lived in Bakersfield. I've since moved on to MA and now CO. But, I always fly back to Bakersfield for my dental needs. I've been to many dentists in my years, but I don't trust anybody but Capital for my dental needs.
I love this dental office. Everyone is so friendly and they move quickly to get you taken care of!
The people are really nice and try to help you any way they can. I think doctor Casteen is really knowledgeable and an expert in implants and making dentures.
I saw Susan for my semi-annual cleaning. It was a great experience as always. She asked about my wife and kids, we talked about holiday fun, sports, and healthy diets. Then at my request, she snuck my doctor in for a quick exam too just to make sure everything was looking good. I love this office and all the staff. I've been a customer for nearly a decade and I've never been disappointed!

We started going to Capital Dental almost two years ago and have been very pleased with the level of service they have provided us. Everyone from the dental assistants to our dentist, Dr. Wilson, have been great with our nine year old daughter. My husband had oral surgery this year to remove his wisdom teeth and the insurance estimate came in that we owed more than we actually ended up owing. I had an excellent experience at capital dental. Susan is amazing and always does great work. All the staff is very welcoming a friendly. It is a great environment and I have never had any complaints.
Checked in-taken back quickly. Hygienist was personable and gave relevant advice. The people who work here make you feel like you're "one of the family" not just "being nice to a patient."
