THE WORST!!!!!!! Nobody answers the phone!!! They don’t put your prescriptions in, then you can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone to see what the problems are. So your body goes into medication withdrawal putting you back into a dark depression because of their fault!! Months of this!!! I’ve been a patient for 6 months and they’ve forgotten to put in prescriptions FIVE times. If that’s not negligence, I don’t know what is!!! First I want to say DON`T go there for many reasons. If you Are going there for help with depression Capital City Psychiatry will make it worse.I have been going for a few months. If you need a refill on a script no one calls you back you will be out and have to call 12 x and when you do talk to someone they will blame it on you.
