I’ve suffered from neck and shoulder pain for a long time and was very nervous and apprehensive about seeking treatment. Chris is professional, caring, and kind!! My little time in Des Moines was nothing short of fantastic with my chiropractic care. Chris and his staff were always extremely helpful and always ready to do their best to fit my needs. Would highly recommend.
I came to CCRC after I had an accident when I was running. Dr Chris and staff are very caring. Dr Chris asked me why I chose his clinic? I told him that I researched his specialties and saw that sports rehab was listed. After 2 treatments, I’m glad to say that I am not in pain. Thanks Dr Chris!

Chris and his staff are extremely friendly and easy to work with. Chris does an excellent job of asking questions to determine root cause of why your are visiting. He then proceeds to provide a level of service that is unmatched in making sure that you have the resources to improve your situation and reduce the current pain level.
I've been having lower back pain for years with no relief I’ve seen a lot of doctors about my back pain and they gave me no answer I really enjoy coming to these amazing people they where able to get my pain taken away I had a limp for the longest time and ever since I’ve been coming to capital chiropractic I’ve been pain free and limp free I love this method of treatment and care.
