I’ve been given strength and stretching exercises by my chiropractor at Capital Health that have helped me maintain strength and flexibility. My knees and my feet have improved with this extra attention. I even had a referral to Fitness Sports for new walking shoes. The shoes have been great. I no longer take daily pain medication with these simple changes to my routine.
Chris and Ryan are great. They are very personable and truly look at the holistic approach to your health. I look forward to continuing with them and will be glad to refer to anyone!
The entire staff has made this a flawless experience. I haven’t felt this great in years. Following the maintenance plan and my migraines have stopped. So thankful for Dr. Hartley and how he listens and hears my concerns and has helped me address everything!

The establishment is amazing, all personnel are knowledgeable, helpful and cheery!! The PT Sarah and the owner are experts in their fields. Happy to be recovering from an ACL replacement surgery with these folks!
