RecommendedHi! On a recent trip here I lost my diamond engagement ring and have been heartbroken ever since. We are offering a $$$$ reward worth more than you would get at a pawn shop!! Please contact me if anyone happens to find it, a lifetime of good karma awaits 💕🙏 Aside from losing my ring the people working here were very kind and even came out in the cold weather to help me search the parking lot. I had my baby with me and Sarah was very accommodating in getting me a price during the short window of time I had.
The sales office has great people; however the service department needs help! Very courteous at the counter but the techs on both visits did not perform basic procedures without mistakes. First visit oil change w rotation and basic inspection...left with vehicle and drove over 50 miles home noticing slight vibration. Checked lugs and right rear tire w 2 hand turn loose lugs. 2nd visit months later oil change ...now leaking oil and my information center was in Spanish! We had the best car buying experience in a very long time. Gardel was amazing. he was pleasant and curtious. He was very knowledgeable and most important he was not pushy and overbearing. He made our experience hands down great. We were so pleased we purchased two vehicles from Gardel. I would highly recommend this dealership from the sales people to the financial officers to all the staff that we interacted with. we will be back for our next vehicles.

Very unhappy with the entire process. How do you forget to file paperwork?
I negotiated a GMC Yukon XL with final price and finance rate. After arriving to dealer to finalize the paper work, they told me the vehicle is sold but they will offer me another one with different color for the same price. I agreed. I waited for almost 4 hours and finally they took me to financing room. The lady there changes the finance rate from 3.19% to 5.79% (almost $4000 more in interest) and initially she refused to print the sales agreement (can you believe it). Took my car in for seat recall and new key programming. Adriaan kept us updated with what was going on. They even had lunch there for the customers that were waiting for their cars. Can't believe how great they are, especially Adriaan! �

This was the first ENJOYABLE car buying experience I have ever had. Charles Dorsey is awesome. I knew what I wanted and he helped me get it. We completed most of the sale on the phone. All I had to do was sign the papers when I went to the lot. I was only there about 30 mins and was able to drive away in my dream car. Capital GMC is the only place I will ever buy a car again. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. If you are in the market for a new ride to to Capital GMC and ask for Charles. You won't regret it.

UPDATE: my 1 star review drew the attention of the service manager who immediately called to personally follow up. She offered to and corrected all of my issues and found the cause of tailgate issue. She even picked up and returned my vehicle to my office. Had she been my first experience this would be a 5 Star review. I believe she will train her new staff to achieve the same level of service she delivered. I will give them another try due to Donna Bell!
