I’m a repeat customer who wanted to buy two vehicles and trade in two vehicles. Making it four vehicles they could profit from. They wanted to charge me a $2k ceramic coating fee that I eventually argued down to $1k over MSRP on one vehicle with no ceramic coating. Then I tried to order the second vehicle and they mandated the $2k ceramic coating. Consumers Beware - This business does not follow Buick policy regarding complementary maintenance which states "GM's four U.S. brands all offer complimentary maintenance for 2018 models, but the specifics vary. ... Buick provides two years or 24,000 miles with no cap on visits as long as they're part of regularly scheduled maintenance.
