I wanted to trade my XT5 for an Escalade. Sarah thompson was my sales rep. She is very personable and she tried hard to get me the very best deal. I also spoke with her manager, Robert, who was also helpful. I will be purchasing this weekend. I'm thankful I met this staff.. 5 stars!
