Had some engine work did. I was kept informed from taking to the extended warranty people to the expected pickup date. Everything has gone well with all of my service trips.

Took hours to do the paperwork. Kept changing the price of the vehicle and then refused to give me the discounts posted on the GMC website if I didn’t finance through them. My salesman was great and very helpful but the support folks he works with aren’t. They are extremely slow on filing the paperwork and don’t return calls. I was forced to do business with them a second time because the first vehicle had to have 3 transmissions in less than 4400 miles which they have for sale again. Buyer be warned.
