Capital BMW Capital BMW Service Consultant Ian Wyre was and is still very helpful. His knowledge of his position really helped me with the circumstances of my vehicle. Not to mention this is my very first time having a vehicle serviced and Capital BMW. Mr. Ian's consistency was also incredible due to the fact that the job can get busy. Special thanks to Mr. Ian, keep up the excellent work/effort in getting the job done.
A big help My wife and I received excellent service from Lee Woodruff yesterday when we had a flat tire on the expressway while passing through the Tallahassee area. He located a replacement tire so that we could get on our way. He and his service department also took the time to alert me about some upcoming service needs even though we do not live in their service area. Lee made an otherwise trying experience much more pleasant and we appreciate the excellent service.
What An Awesome Visit!!!! Ian Wyre was my Service Consultant and as usual the experience was awesome. It is always a pleasure to bring my car in to the service department because I am always greeted with a warm smile and a very heartfelt attitude. Ian is a very experienced consultant and goes above and beyond to make sure my visit is always a positive one. I was very pleased with the service I received and will definitely recommend others to Ian for service of their vehicle.

Ryan was so helpful! I had a great experience with Capitol BMW. I worked with Ryan Kukulka, Internet Sales Manager, on a trade of two cars! Ryan was so very helpful (and patient) as we worked thru the details of both trades. He really went above and beyond too...he had to follow me to my house to get the second car and he delivered something I forgot to take with me. Great customer service. I really appreciate the assistance of Service Manager John too.
