Hotel is nice and clean girl at front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever delt with in my life. Very very lousy attitude should not be dealing with the public! Sign at front desk says the pool is 86 degrees it is about 50 degrees cuz we were told the maintenance men broke the heater for the pool. Needless to say very disappointed.
We stay here with a group of friends every year. It's basic, it's clean and the pool is nice. The staff are very nice and there's plenty of restaurants in the area.
My room was less to be desired . The tub needs some good cleaning. SERIOUSLY. The wall paper where the air conditioner is coming apart and there is water damage. And what looks like molded. The sink is leaking. When we arrived( which was early) we were greeted with an unfriendly individual. Did not say hello or how may I help you. But made sure that checking was 3 pm several times. Very rude staff. Old hotel needs to be updated. Beds uncomfortable electrical outlets that don't work. Will never be back again.
Nice hotel. The pool temperture of both pools are perfect. This is why I come back every year!!! Good size rooms, clean, bar & grill & restaurant was excellent. Nice that they have adult swims too. Highly recommend this place.
Not a hotel. More of a down size motel. Rooms are small, air vent is dirty, iron board filthy , my sheet had a spot, my kids hated it and the beds feel like its made of slush and stones. Check in Staff was friendly Went back in the night to ask a question, the lady at the reservation desk left a note .She was across the room , snoring in front of the Tv, with her sneakers off , the place reek of smoking , her lighter and cigarettes where on the table. We're back again. :) Every year we come and stay. We love the cape point. A tradition with our family.
Been here a few times. I enjoy it. Decent prices. Nice staff love the Jacuzzi & pool. In summer outside pool. Good breakfast cafe wonderful wait staff.
I come here all the time.. On our way here every time we talk about what we are gonna eat for breakfast lol...I always get the western omelette..
