We have been coming here for over 10 years and always enjoyed it. We were there this weekend and booked 6 rooms and was very disappointed. The pool area and hallways were so cold. There was mold on the ceilings and it really had a foul smell. They shut down the pool Saturday at 5:00 until 9:00 (saying somebody pooped in it which was a lie)but it was still so dirty and cloudy looking after they treated it. We have been coming here for years this was by far the worst stay in a hotel EVER ! Our room had the air conditioner on when we got there , the halls of the hotel were like an ice box , the pool area was absolutely freezing , mold was all over the ceiling , windows were broken , my husband actually put towels in the 4 pool area windows. Then the pool broke and got shut down.
Been coming here for many years this time the pool was so cold & the hot tub wasn't hot at all my shower is hotter than the hot tub. There is mold in the pool area too!
Great time as always! Was there this weekend with 24 friends and family. We come down every year for a weekend away. Great staff as always. Can't wait for next year.
It was our first time there, for the st pattys parade with a bunch of friends. Can't wait for next year or maybe a weekend during summer. The only issue we had was the lounge Saturday nite, it was very humid, and the bar tenders were kind of overwhelmed by the crowd. But we loved our weekend! Can't wait till we meet again.

We had a great time at the St. Patrick's Day Parade event yesterday. Kids loved the pool and the buffet lunch was delicious.

Went for the pool party weekend. Paid for two days. No pool games were played. Very unorganized. Kids were disappointed. Deli lunch ran out of food. After many complaints they put room numbers in hat to give away free night. That was the game. Could have stayed anywhere to have kids just swim. We have been several times, Don't know if we will be back. False advertising. :(
