Just came back from a fun filled weekend with friends. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Rooms were clean. Pool area clean. The staff is really what makes this place great. Will definitely return again and can't wait to go back .
Very poor condition. Very dirty, ceiling fell down, lounge chairs filthy. We use to go every year with the family i will never go back again
I was recently here for a work conference and training. I must say I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the cafe is beyond amazing. Every meal exceeded my expectations. It's also in a great area with plenty to do. Thank you to the staff at Cape Point for welcoming us and taking such great care of us. I would absolutely come back!!!
My family and I were excited to spend New Years Eve on the cape staying at The Cape Point as a special treat for the family. I spent 2.5 hours in the car with three children only to seem inconvenienced by the staff at the front desk when we arrived. I walked up to the desk to check in and I was not greeted by the staff. In fact, the staff member "taking care of me" did not converse one single word with me through out our entire transaction. Rooms are clean and good but the pool and hot tub and kiddie pool were cold and I saw mold in the pool area and also our second day there the pool wasn't heated and the hot tub was not working! We brought our elderly grandparents to enjoy a weekend away and he can't use the pool cause it too cold! Def disappointed and also the bar was supposed to be open and is not! But went a talked to front desk and they were very nice and treated us good and gave a partial refund!

First time staying at Cape Point this past weekend with my kids, and would definitely come back. Huge indoor pool, and outdoor pool as well. Great menu at the Cabana Grill by the outdoor pool, and the staff was extremely friendly.... especially Jaclyn! Several other amenities make the stay worthwhile. Highly recommended.
Celebrated a special event this weekend with 3 other families at Cape Point. The pool was great, the rooms were clean and the food and drinks at the outdoor cabana were reasonably priced and delicious. Hotel management was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go back.
A little dated but super clean with a great staff! Food in breakfast room and cabana were both delicious. Would definitely stay again!
