A friend of ours recently bought a new car from Cape Girardeau Honda. The car has 30,000 miles on it and is still under warranty. The air conditioner stopped working so he took it into the dealer and they refused to honor the warranty. They blamed the air conditioner defect on bird feathers. So either Honda uses cheap parts, which is highly unlikely, or Cape Girardeau Honda is just practicing bad business.
They are the best!

Great !!!! Can't say enough about Cape Honda and Matt!!!! Got a great deal on a new Honda Civic and I love it!!! I went to other dealers before coming to Cape, and the other guys weren't very knowledgable about their cars and the features. Cape on the other hand had sales people that knew every single detail about the car. They jumped through hoops to put me in a new car when others dealers just pushed me out the door.
