Our salesman Greg was wonderful and stayed well past closing time so that we could get everything done right. My 18 year old son bought a truck from them. Theu put an 90 day warranty on the truck. He's owned the truck one month and it messed up. They refused to cover it Under their warranty. Then he was going to trade the truck in and they told him they wouldn't give him what he paid for it. Then the damn salesman tried to give my 47 yr old husband life lessons on a used vehicle. I will never deal with them ever again. I will continue to post this everywhere. So if u need a vehicle DON'T GO TO HONDA ON CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO.
One of my friends bout a truck from them that was used and he had it for a month and after a month it breaks down. After paying to get it towed to Honda in cape they refused to fix the truck that was under WARRANTY mind you! Then a truck $27000 they offer him a trade in value of $10000. I think this is dirty and Honda knew something was wrong with the truck after it was traded in twice in less than a year. So they decided to screw an 18 year old over on it!
