Stopped in to test drive some cars this week. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had the help we needed.
It's pretty bad when a customer has to show up with their insurance adjuster to get simple 30 minute repair done. It was fishy when Honda refused to accept payment from an insurance company. I unfortunately bought their service plan so I know how they like to attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs. I was not about to be forced to pay for and not be reimbursed for unnecessary and unauthorized repairs. I don't trust Honda and never will.
I'm from out of town and had to stop at Cape Girardeau Honda to get something checked on my vehicle after calling my Honda dealership at home. It was a busy Saturday and I much appreciated the help they still gave me even as someone that isn't an actual customer. Randy was nice enough to take the time to direct me to Rob in service where I was able to get my car checked out in a timely manner. If they treated a non customer that well I would love to see what great service they provide their hometown clients!

Beyond excellent customer service! Curtis and Rus were phenomenal!!! Everyone else there made me feel welcome and relaxed! ��� Great bunch of guys to do business with and I'll definitely be returning in the future!
