The receptionist should warn you WHEN YOU GET THERE if a dentist is sick. I was waiting 30 minutes, while everyone else (even the people who showed up after me) got looked at, before she told me a dentist was sick. I have a life too. I have kids who are in pre school which means they only go HALF A DAY. I can only go see the dentist at 1, and if I can’t be seen before 2, TELL ME. My dentist wasn’t sick, why do I have to wait all day for him to see the SICK DENTISTS patients when I’m his ACTUAL PATIENT AND I WAS ON TIME. (EAR... read more
