Dr. Kaelin and the rest of the staff are so nice, super smart, and skilled! They treated me like I was family since the first day I went. Cape Girardeau Dental Care will always have my business!!
It is difficult to find office staff that know what they're doing, but the staff here is highly efficient. Anyone that I have asked a question has an immediate answer. The dental assistants and hygienists have also been extremely helpful and down-to-earth. I am not a brave dental patient, but the staff and Dr. Straus make the dreaded appointments not so dreaded.
I'd have to say the staff and music is awesome. I have been with this dentist since I was a child. I am 32 now. Over the years I have moved and come back several times to Cape. They would always squeeze me in when I would come home to visit family, even if I didn't have an appointment. In addition to that during my late teens to early 20s I had dental insurance that would not pay the dental group directly and would do a reimbursement.
