Dr Strauss and his Assistant along with the entire office were excellent regarding my sister who is disabled. Everyone did all they could do to assure her safety and comfort. They could not have been more considerate and understanding. It was a stressful time but they did everything they could to make sure her procedure went as well as could be possibly be done. dr kalin please call me before I give a bad review. your billing department has really done me dirty and my teeth and comfort are suffering from it. I paid 505.05 cash also a 505.05 ck & insurance paid 640.00. my bill was 1515.15 day of visitation then it was 1870.00. how do I still owe 488.00? you still owe me 2 crowns that are paid for and your office won't schedule me due to I owe, receptions is so rude and argumentative. its basic math unless you all are swindling insurance and my cash payments. I was way overcharged several times. my insurance makes teeth pulling around 20.00. they charged me 70. when brought up they made excuses for it and then when I got my dentures forced me to use overspend on there sevices. I was audited at an appointment the girl told me I owed nothing. Then I was billed 150.00 and treated as if I walked out without paying. the dentist's are amazing but they are price gouging and treating me as of I was wrong when I was correct. I hope tdd hey get caught!
