Janet was excellent - a very valuable employee, probably the best overall cleaning I've ever had and she explained the tooth problems well for further care; the young lady on the front was pleasant as was the dentist...
I arrived yesterday for my 2:00 pm appointment and greeted by staff. Janet was ready for me so went on back. I felt that my dental health is well taken care of. Janet took x-rays, cleaned and polished my teeth in one hour. She always is professional and friendly. Doctor Cortez came to examine my teeth and is professional and very kind to her patients. Overall, good experience!

My visit today September 27 was very nice. While Karen was cleaning my teeth it was discovered and Dr. Cortez took care of it while was in the office

Going to the dentist is rarely described as a great experience, but Cape Fear Smiles has the nicest and most accommodating staff I've ever experienced at a medical office. I requested an appointment through their website, was contacted within minutes of their office opening on the next business day and it only went up from there. The staff was very accommodating and took the time to talk me through each part of the process as well as thoroughly explain the next step. Karen and Dr. Cortez are Fantastic. Plus I missed my appt and was very embarrassed but they scheduled me for later in the day. Have referred family and friends to the office and will continue to do so. Everyone in the office have always been very courteous and timely.

I'm actually stunned and taken aback by the quality of care I have received for the last two visits I've had with Cape Fear Smiles. I just moved here from NY and the competence. the friendliness, the focus on taking care of the patient is something I've never experienced in NY. My hats off to whoever is responsible for this.
