I moved to Wilmington over a year ago. Of course, when you move to a new place you always worry about finding new places for your family such as a Dentist you trust. I was fortunate enough to meet the team from Cape Fear Smiles, and I am so glad that I did. I feel like part of the family every time I visit, and they always take the best care of me and my family. I would recommend to anyone!

I normally dread going to the Dentist, it's uncomfortable and sometimes painful, however, at Cape Fear Smiles I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely nice and made me feel at ease. I experienced no pain or discomfort. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend Cape Fear Smiles.
I've been going to Cape Fear Smiles ever since I moved to Wilmington 16 years ago. It has changed hands a few times but the quality of their trained staff and commitment to customer service has always remained in tact. Everyone who works there is so nice that they actually make it a pleasure to go to the dentist!

My first time as a patient yesterday. I must say, the absolute consistent warm demeanor of this office is unparalleled. Brenna is the poster child of front desk perfection. Well, going to the back is just the same! From the friendly smile of Katie or the gentleness of Dr. Cortez, I'm amazed once again!

Today I went back for a follow up and it was so nice to have them put the time into my oral hygiene. From the time I got there till the time I left I knew my teeth were going to be taken care of properly. A big Thank You to the entire staff
