The staff was so friendly and full of smiles. Very patient towards the little ones and really went above and beyond with the cleaning! Don't be fooled by the trendy flashy "pediatric" dental offices. This place is a perfect fit for the whole entire family. So thankful I found them!

My first visit to this office. Staff was very friendly. If you are the type that get nervous at dentist offices you can put that to rest here. From beginning to end it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend and I will definately go back.

A big thank you to the folks at Cape Fear Smiles. I am brand new to Wilmington. I had a crown pop off suddenly and they fit me the same day that I called. They were friendly, competent and thorough. I appreciate that they were able to fix my crown so quickly. I am happy that I found a good dental office.

I went there as a walk-in because of a severe toothache. I was in incredible pain over Memorial weekend. I have bad anxiety and was pretty tramatized by a dentist when I was younger. The whole staff was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Melissa Owens was wonderful she took care of my issue and there was no pain during the procedure. I will be following up and using this practice for even my children possibly. Thanks for the help. :)

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was impressed how thoroughly the check up was. The hygienist was so knowledgeable and gentle; she did a great job. The doctor answered all of my questions in a very friendly and courteous manner. I will definitely be going back for future treatments. I recommend it 100%. Also, the coffee was good. Front desk attendants were friendly and kind.
