Purchased a Cape Cod ball bracelet for my wife a year ago online and it was the wrong size and style. Return policy stated that I had 30 days to return/exchange. I put the bracelet in my nightstand and forgot all about it. Walked into the store today almost 1 YEAR later and they exchanged it for the right size and exact one my wife wanted! No hassle whatsoever! Great people and great service. Highly recommend to all. Thanks again!!!
Went in there yesterday to get my ring appraised the lady was very nice told me to come back tomorrow as the person i needed to speak to was not in. i came back there today Friday may 8th, again the same lady i saw the day before greeted me and was super nice. the gentlemen i spoke to treated me like i was trash, telling me my ring was worthless and he was not interested. this ring i worked very hard for to buy and have since over the last 13 years altered it to my liking. so please explain to me how something that i paid fe... read more
