I ordered a bracelet for my wife for Christmas that was supposed to be delivered on 12/20/2020 in time for Christmas. It is the29th and it still isn’t here . I called and they blamed it on the post office but offered no solution just lip service! They told me the package was now in Florida but “still on its way “ . I will never buy anything from them again .

Amazing customer service, got the single gold ball bracelet a year ago and it dented, sent it back in with a note and a week later a brand new one is in the mail for me! Also have the single ball necklace and the saint croix bracelet and I absolutely love every piece.
I have purchased several bracelets through the years both when visiting the Cape and online. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the selection is wonderful. If you are in the market for a “cape cod bracelet” these are the BEST on the Cape.
