RecommendedWe are extremely happy with Cap City! We just had our home inspection today, and the report was returned by evening. They were very thorough, and explained everything to my husband through the point that he had attended. The inspector, Ben, gave good advice and was highly professional! The report included a number of sections, and a lot of really good information, as well as recommendations for what type of contractor to use for any issues. Additionally, the price was very fair. I would not hesitate to work with them again!

Great experience with the Cap City Property Inspections team! I was needing an inspection on fairly short notice and was able to quickly schedule on their website. Inspection went smoothy without a problem and the report was available within about 24 hours. I love the 'summary' version so I could jump to any concerns while also having the full detailed report available to read later. Great experience, would use again, and recommend!
