Do not use this company. Seriously, find a different inspection company if you are purchasing a home. The inspector missed termites and they missed a leaking toilet (which also had visible mold) being completely shut off meaning they didn't even so much as check the water which I would assume is "inspection 101." Hyde, the CEO, is unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. He refused to cover the costs for anything missed and didn't even refund me the full inspection cost.
