Just walked in at 9:20 am with my son who had split his head open and possibly needed a few stitches and was TURNED AWAY. You're an Urgent Care, you're open, and there's no doctor on premises to see us because he's in a meeting until 10:00?? That's not ok!
1 Star is too many. All friends and family in Utah County, BEWARE of unethical billing practices at CANYON VIEW MEDICAL GROUP! We were visiting in Utah and needed urgent care. Even though we verified coverage for the urgent care visit with both our insurance AND the office in Santaquin before going in, and we specified when we went in that we were there for urgent care, Canyon View Medical Group billed the visit as an after hours office visit (not covered) instead of urgent care (covered 100%). They may make their mistakes, but I've never had such a caring Dr as Dr Mclay! My back problems have been horrendous, and the patience and care he has shown me through the yrs has been wonderful! Besides the fact that he has delivered two of my grand children..He's a wonderful Dr!
The billing department dose not have their act together at all. I have been double billed multiple times. due to that I ended up in their collections department which is a cesspool of incompetence. the head of that department who i went to in person, with cash in had, is the most rude self righteous little snob I have ever done business with. the issue is still unresolved at this time.
Best ever. Dr. Penrod couldn't take better care of me. He has the best staff plus all the staff are wonderful. Walked into today (6-14-16) and the receptionist had seen me getting out of my car and already had me checked in by the time I got into the office.
Doc Taylor is the best! Thorough in his care, inventive in his explanations while teaching us about our health, and spot on with his recommendations in medicine and cures. We LOVE our Doctor!
Worst clinic ever. My husband was having headaches and an MRI was to be ordered asap. Clinic never sent the order. I called numerous times and finally 2 weeks later he got the MRI. You cannot get past the front desk ever. I have called many times to speak with office manager and they ask what it is concerning (which I don't think is their business), I get told information will be passed and no one calls. When I have called the office and have left messages, I do not get a returned call. Is it the front desk, the MA or do we need to find a new doctor. Been with them since Dr Enoch Ludlow
