I absolutely love the ankle repair that I received from Dr. Gillette, and V. Sok his PA. They are both quality! Their methodologies, and practices provided me with an excellent surgical outcome. I went in to be seen at the Spanish Fork location on New Year's Eve. Waited an hour. Started feeling better, so I asked the front desk if they would cancel the $60 they charged me up front. They said no problem. Well, they did not cancel it. They applied it to my balance. I paid with my debit card and I want to pay my balance with my HSA card. I cannot get billing to reverse the charge back to my debit card even though they said they would cancel it and I was not even seen that day. I feel they made an unauthorized charge on... read more
What is going on with this clinic? I really love Dr Frandsen. We have been going here for almost 20 years and the past couple of years, this clinic has really gone down hill. Their billing practices are terrible. They sent me to collections over a bill I never received a notice on and now we are basically banned from going there. Anyone no of a good doctor? It looks like I have to find one now.
Dr Richard Paxton at the Spanish Fork Pediatric office is my daughters doctor and we love him. He takes his time to listen to parents concerns and you can tell he genuinely cares for the kids he's treating.
Had a very unpleasant exchange with Haley in the Springville office. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone there before. I don't know if she was too busy to speak to me or if she is just rude to begin with, but she simply would not listen to my concerns. She continued to be rude and I was very concerned she still did not get my important message to my doctor correct. If it wasn't for patients like me, she would not have a job. TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE!!
I have been seeing Doctor Roman Y. Takasaki MD, He is an amazing doctor. The best doctor I have had yet.
