Jordan is very professional in communication with new and soon to be tenants. Always answered questions, would call back immediately, helped you through anything you didn't understand, very polite. Welcomed our family to their community with open arms.

The apartment was fine living in it, but like any apartment, when you move in it isn’t perfect. But who cares, it is what is. WRONG. Be aware that you need to photograph everything and complain about everything possible during your tenancy. Any dirt, broken blinds, fixtures, appliances, paint, etc. it doesn’t matter how small or not-picky because they will blame prior issues on you when you move out if you don’t complain. Just want to give a huge shout out to Jordan. We had to make a time sensitive relocation for work from Washington to Idaho and Jordon was paramount in this transition. Her prompt communication and attention to detail enabled us to make this happen smoothly. We rented the apartment sight unseen and and upon arrival it exceeded our expectations. Even better was her welcoming manner and professionalism to put us at ease. She was wonderful to work with and appreciate her so much!!!!
Canyon View has been a wonderful place to live for my LC student. The property is clean, well kept and Jordan, the property manager, was always quick to respond and great with communication.
