These guys became my heros when my Chesapeake got IMHA. They went above and beyond for my boy. He had to see the vet 3 times a week and always wagged his tail at them. I love these guys and bless them for all they do!
I went in to have my Chichi (chihuahua) looked at today she was throwing up yesterday. It was a false alarm but i had them update her on her shots and she will be going in tomorrow to have her spayed. They are really nice.
I took both of my Chihuahuas in for their rabies vaccinations and also I got one of them spayed. Everybody was nice I even got a couple of calls to see how my little one was doing after her surgery.
Called yesterday to try to schedule my doxie for an appointment; as he is in moderate hip/back pain. They answered the phone with "What is your name and number, can we call you back?", never got a return call, and when he woke up this morning in the same pain I tried again. Very dismissive and rude on the phone, with no apologies and no appointments until Monday.

I'm very sorry you felt you were treated rudely. You certainly deserved a call back. We only have one doctor and were overwhelmed with emergencies at that time but that doesn't excuse the failure to call you back. I assure you that our staff cares about all of our clients but mistakes sometimes happen when receptionists are under stress.
