We do have a policy of not scheduling appointments for clients who have "no-showed" for two or more appointments without a phone call. (Clients who call to cancel are not subject to this policiy--we are simply asking for communication.) However, we are happy to see them on a "walk-in" basis, and generally the wait is not long at all before they can be seen in between appointments. We're new to the area and our sweet Bailey Dog suddenly needed vet care. We were able to be seen quickly, staff was extremely kind and friendly and B Dog's needs were met and she's doing well. The facility was bright and clean, the waiting area was calm and quiet and we were in and out in no time. Thank you!
Awesome and a customer for life! I wouldn't trust any other Dr. with Barkley. Thanks to the special heart of Dr. B and his amazing staff our special needs pup is back on his feet and happy and healthy again!! Love you guys

We have taken our 4 L's (Linus, Luci, Leo and Lindy) to CSAH for sometime now. Everyone there treats our kids like they are their own. It is great to see the professionalism but to see the love, thats whats impressive. Dr B is the best, always lets us know whats going on so we know how to deal with what ever comes up. If you live in Caldwell or Nampa this is the only place to bring you fur buddies.
They cared for my first Dachshund, Honey. At the time they were pretty nice and cooperative. Not the best I've ever experienced, but satisfactory. When Honey died I took my new Dachshund, Kerri, in for her first checkup. New woman doctor. I was very impressed with their new attitude. Most caring and helpful. Kerri felt very at ease. I'be been taking my Dachshunds to Canyon Small animal Hospital for seven years. I recommend them.
