My dog, Leia, was sick, and needed to see a vet urgently. I waited till they were open and called to see what I should do. Even though they were booked for the day, they had me drop her off to preform tests in between other appointments. They did a thorough job testing her and diagnosed her quickly. The vet called me directly and explained everything that was going on. The entire staff was COVID safe, and I knew my baby girl was in good hands! Called to take 17 year old cat down to be put down. They don’t do that because they haven’t seen her before. I only called because Blaneys was super booked full and we can’t do it until tomorrow. This is terrible for an animal to suffer. Change your policies. And remember the call I made to get her In was difficult. Show some compassion!!!

After trying 2 other Vet clinics I took my 3 dogs to Canyon Vet. Dr. Bauscher and his staff are phenomenal! Very patient and caring people. After 3 years I have found the perfect place for my 3 girls ❤️
Very knowledgeable and caring. They make every effort to keep my cat Princess calm -- which is no small feat. She's a very sweet and affectionate cat until you try to do something she doesn't like. She grows extra legs and squirms out of any hold, which may explain why some call her Psycho Kitty! But the staff pets her until she settles down.
