Horrible experience! Charged me for a “full head of highlights” on a Friday. (See image. I look horrible and it's only a partial highlight). I called the next day to try to get it fixed. The receptionist said a manager would call me back and never did. So, I called the stylist directly, as they just rent chairs here.
