I first came in mid March asking about a one bedroom apartment. I was advised my Mrs. Myra that she could have one ready by April 1st. I was happy because my lease is up at the end of March. I went ahead that day and paid the application fee and she contacted me a few days later confirming approval. We setup a time for me to come in 03/20/21 to pay a deposit of $450. Well w her do I begin are start with a review about this place. Canyon Oaks as I see it is all about 💰 and nothing else.The landscape is horrible looks as if they do not cut the property are even hve anyone keep up the Landscape. The property looks HORRIBLE the trash dumpsters are always running over and trash all in the parking lot, swimming pool hasn't been working in over 3 years, every time I visit the apartment it smells like shaving cream are old stale water and no matter if you use candles, spray nothing kills the ho... read more
