Dealer did not honor the KBB trade in value. Very poor customer service. I felt uncomfortable during the whole process and really did feel like was getting taken on price of vehicle. One representative didn't even listen to our counter offer another agent had to step in and try to bargin back and forth. They do not offer fair KBB pricing for trade in. They spray paint the undercarriage so you don't notice the wear and tear of the vehicles life. They did get over spray onto the vehicle as well and it was still wet while viewi... read more
