Been to this place off and on for years best place and coming back I felt really heard and seen and actually helped my mental health so much the staff is amazing there and my family therapist is the best and even the dbt day treatment and I would definitely recommend this place. Finding therapist is hard and finding the right fit is hard too but if anyone feels this place isn’t the best it is you can choose who to work with and what works best for you. “This review is for the Scott County mobile crisis line. I have interacted with the same crisis worker twice, and both experiences were disappointing. During a previous in‑home assessment, she said I was stable, but I ended up hospitalized shortly afterward. Today I called with severe anxiety, and she seemed rushed and unable to offer meaningful support. When I mentioned the violence that happened in Minneapolis, she had no comment or concern.
