A psychiatrist who has the rare ability to stay current on mental health and treatments, and also have so much empathy and compassion. He doesn't just dispense pills. He wants to know your story, he wants to know what you've endured, and all you've tried. He doesn't work 'in a box' because he knows every person is different. Cantriel Nielson is one of the best. He is very kind and caring. He listens to you and cares about you. I have been going to see him for a few years now and he is wonderful to work with.
Clint Martineau was a provider for my wife and after trying to lower her working prescription from her previous doctor to a level he thinks "should" work, which it didn't work. Instead of putting her back on the prescription level that was working he refused and terminated her as a patient. During his care he would ignore calls for help and blamed her for violating a control substance agreement. One time after a Spravato treatment Clint asked my wife how her "trip" was. This review is for Clint Matineau. I was a patient new to him, my current psychiatrist moved. While dealing with my meds, I felt neglected; with no call-backs about medications on multiple occasions. I will say lastly, my misuse of the controlled substance, which was my normal prescription before Clint. Led to the signing of a second chance letter that was supposed to trigger an immediate refill on my prescriptions. This did not happen.
