Recommendedcalled in a service call less than 24 hrs ago and Jonas came to our home today for the first time and WE FINALLY have heat again. We've had 3 different companies in our home in the last month and a half and no one was able to fix it. Jonas was very polite and professional. We can't thank you enough! 10/10!
They replaced our hvac in 5 hours the day after it went out. Randy, Sam and Brant worked quickly, safely and were very considerate of our property. 5 star service.
After spending the day with it becoming 87 degrees inside by 9:30 pm couldn't take it any longer. A call to cantrells to leave a message for first call the next morning we got a call back and someone was there within 20 mins and the problem was solved within 10 mins.. thank you thank you so much.. Jonah you are the best.. wouldn't think of ever using anyone else..
I called the emergency number on Saturday, December 30th and within one hour Brian came and did the same thing I did to get my 18 year old heat pump started. We knew that the fan would stop again and the unit would nickel and dime me to death so he said they could install a new heat pump on January 2nd. The old one was still working when they showed up to install the new one. They did a great job installing the unit and I would recommend them to any one. Thank You.
