Office staff is rude, unprofessional and only interested in grabbing your money. They will refuse you treatment if you have a balance, even if you are making regular payments. Nurses that administer the shots act sullen and very unhappy. The practice manager spends her time shopping on the computer and berating other staff. There too many other better clinics in the area to be treating your patients this way.
Office manager is a nut case! And also does not tell the truth.
