The repair man was very knowledgeable in my washer and dryer even though there were over 20 years old he found the problem right away. I tried it out and they both seem to be working fine.

Our dishwasher would not start, I thought the control panel had failed. I contacted Sam’s Appliance Repair/Grove Appliance and made a service appointment for a repair estimate. Sam”s asked for a photo of the control panel, I sent the photo! Within 10 minutes they texted me to try a reset function by pressing holding the rinse button for 3-7 seconds and see if the dishwasher would work.
