I left a message with Sam’s explaining my issue with the dishwasher. He replied within hours and set up an appt for the next day. Not only was he quick in response but he showed up with the part that was needed and fixed it on the spot. He also cleaned the drain and made sure everything was clean and working perfectly. I can not recommend Sam’s highly enough!
HE called said what time he would be and was came in checked things out got part to fix the appliance replace it in a short time checked everything out made sure everything was working right And we are verysatisfied with the service *******
The service tech was knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend them.
Very prompt, did a thorough investigation to locate the fan that was not working and replaced it. He explained in detail what he was doing and answered all our questions. We would absolutely call again with any problems or questions and would not hesitate to recommend to others!
Very quick response with next day appointment for my dryer issues. Problem Identified and fixed very quickly . Only wish our receipt would have included parts and labor itemized
I cannot recommend *** enough! He gave me a notice when he was on his way & was very kind, efficient, and thorough. Groves makes it very convivent with the tracker to see when to expect them, as well as easy payment. They also were at my house 12 hours after calling them! 5 stars for sure!
I have called ahead and provided model number, serial number and the issue with my annual oven which by the way was a thermostat to find out that the service call shows up walk in the house looks at the unit tells my tenants the replacement parts are no longer available and leaves and charges me $263.75 Then five minutes later follows up and calls me to inform me that if I purchase a new unit through Grove Appliances, I am going to get 50% of the service call apply towards the new unit.
