Scheduled Sam’s to assess a small problem with the warming door on my range. Diagnosed and found the problem straightaway. Then I asked him to check on another problem and he was meticulous in taking the oven apart. Turns out this was a major, safety issue so I was glad he found the problem. He took the time to explain our options and asked if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend him.
Wonderful fast, professional Service. Could not be happier. I will use them from now on for my Appliance repairs.
Sam’s were great with communication, before, during, and after the install of our new gas stove. We’re very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend them for anything appliance needs wise.
I am so pleased withe Sam’s Appliance. The technician was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my dishwasher - everything is perfect. The technician even educated me on some operations that this *****dishwasher has. I have no complaints. The process from start to finish was perfect!!?

Great help. We have used them before, including the occasional bad news about older appliances. Today, I feared a long wait for expensive parts and the frustration of planning for laundromat time. Instead, I got quick accurate consultation and our issue immediately resolved. First class customer service. Sam's is my first stop for appliance issues. They will be a priority when we need to replace something, too.
