I am a please costumer. The service rep Nate D. Does a highly acceptable job. He has serviced my washer and refrigerator. Always a pleasure to see him. He is very pleasant, considerate and does what he needs to without complaint. Willing to make things right no matter what. He is also respectful and a major plus to the company.

Sam/ custom service was prompt in scheduling the repair. Tucker, the technician was prepared to do the fix. Maybe just make the customer aware of expected payment date!
Groves Appliance did a fantastic job fixing my dryer as it wasn't heating. The serviceman quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the thermostat. He worked efficiently and was done in less than hour. The cost plus labor is competitive with similar businesses. Overall I'm pleased.
The technician, Brent, was prompt and very professional and nice. He was a hard worker, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem. He also went above and beyond and fixed some other minor issues that other places had done incorrectly in the past. He checked everything when he was finished and really seemed to want everything, including smaller details, to be perfect for us. He took his time to make everything great. We appreciate the work our appliance repair technician put into the service he provided. It was apparent that he had the necessary skills and knowledge to complete the repair in a timely manner. It made a great impression on us that he took time prior to our appointment to research and prepare for solving the issue at hand.
