My Avalanche needed some front differential work. Parts manager gave wrong differential information to my mechanic or my mechanic gave wrong VIN information to parts manager costing me a couple hundred dollars and 4 lost days. In the end Canton went out of there way to do the right thing and partially reimbursed me my expenses.
Can i just let people know, we came here to get a bretholizer intalled in my van. They quoted us 1 and half hours to get the job done. Iv been here for 3 hours and was just informed the person installing it is having wiring problem and has to look up what to do. Ill be here another hour. Maybe if you dont know what ypur doing dont offer the service! In total i was here for 5 hours and wasnt even offerd anything for the inconvenience of wasting my day. Never mind all the appointment i had missed.
My Sonic has been having some issues and I (on short notice, AFTER I missed an appointment) contacted Henry Yip to see if I could possibly come in the morning the storm was subsiding, hoping that there would be cancellations. There were, and Henry told me to come right down. My car needed more work than they thought… So after only a half hour Henry told me that it was going to have to stay for several hours, cheerfully put me in a brand new Loaner TRUCK which sure made my drive to Bow a trouble free one.
