Pathetic service with less than par customer service. I had a service appointment scheduled for yesterday at 2pm (5/16/19) to have an issue with my truck diagnosed. My truck was dropped off at 11 am and here we are 24 hours later still no update on my truck and they still haven’t even looked at it... but they called to ask if I wanted to use a free oil change coupon(not what my truck was there for).
