First of all I like to say is that you get a person not a machine to direct your call. Which is a huge plus. I call Catina to get an on the spot alignment done which they got me right and done in a timely manner. The people were very polite and willing to chit chat. I would go back plus the fee was fair.
was up on vacation had a problem with my 2011 silverado on Saturday towing my boat . check engine light on went to service Monday morning was able to get me in on Tuesday alset now thanks to all !!!!! on with my vacation!!

Service manager is very rude
Never in a million years would I have thought Cantins could help us.. but the staff was great especially Cheryl.. they got us into our first ever brand new car... they earned a repeat customer here!!! Thank you guys

went to cantin's a couple of weeks ago....window shopping really....had a fender bender day of storm...12/12/17...thought i might trade my 2012 silverado with 58000...miles on her .....met JASON DUNN in sales dept....after explaining my situation jason called in MARK i believe from body dept.....JASON was attentive ...informative ...and easy to talk to ....what i was looking at was a want and not a need......... very.. good advice .....but when i'm ready,,,it would be a pleasure to spend some time again with the staff at can... read more
My husband and I made an appointment with Randy in sales to test drive a Tahoe and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. The minute we walked into the showroom they make us feel welcome and did their best to accommodate our needs. Randy was very fair and worked with us tirelessly to meet our needs.
